Common use of Status While on Recall List Clause in Contracts

Status While on Recall List. During this twelve (12) month period on the recall list, laid-off employees shall not be eligible to receive any of the benefits of this Agreement. The seniority, sick leave credits and vacation entitlement level of such employees shall be frozen at the time of their layoff and should the employee be recalled pursuant to this Article within the twelve (12) month recall period, the seniority, sick leave credits and vacation entitlement level of such employee shall be reinstated to that which had existed at the time of the layoff.
