STATUTORY DUTIES. 13.1. The Project Deliverer agrees to adhere to its obligations under the Law including but not limited to the Information Acts and the HRA. 13.2. Where requested by the Lead Authority, the Project Deliverer will provide reasonable assistance and cooperation to enable the Lead Authority and/or the Secretary of State to comply with their information disclosure obligations under the Information Acts. 13.3. On request from the Lead Authority and/or the Secretary of State, the Project Deliverer will provide the Lead Authority and/or the Secretary of State with all such relevant documents and information relating to the Project Deliverer’s data protection policies and procedures as the Lead Authority and/or the Secretary of State may reasonably require. 13.4. The Project Deliverer acknowledges that the Lead Authority and the Secretary of State, acting in accordance with the codes of practice issued and revised from time to time under the Information Acts, may disclose information concerning the Project Deliverer and the Funding Agreement without consulting the Project Deliverer. 13.5. The Lead Authority will take reasonable steps to notify the Project Deliverer of a request for information to the extent that it is permissible and reasonably practical for it to do so. Notwithstanding any other provision in the Funding Agreement, the Lead Authority and/or the Secretary of State will be responsible for determining in their absolute discretion whether any information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the Information Acts. 13.6. Where applicable, the Project Deliverer will provide reasonable assistance and cooperation to enable the Lead Authority and/or the Secretary of State to comply with their obligations as set out in the Equality Act 2010.

Where requested by the Lead AuthoritySecretary of State, the Project Deliverer Lead Authority will provide reasonable assistance and cooperation to enable the Secretary of State to comply with its information disclosure obligations under the Information Acts and the Lead Authority and/or shall ensure that the Project Deliverer shall provide reasonable assistance and cooperation to enable the Secretary of State to comply with their its information disclosure obligations under the Information Acts. 13.3. On request from the Lead Authority and/or the Secretary of State, the Project Deliverer Lead Authority will provide the Lead Authority and/or the Secretary of State with all such relevant documents and information relating to the Project DelivererLead Authority’s data protection policies and procedures as the Lead Authority and/or the Secretary of State may reasonably require. 13.4.
