Statutory Requirements and Right of inspection by Regulatory Authority. a) The Agreement will be executed by abiding laws and the directive, instructions, guidelines issued by the Regulators (including RBI) and competent authority from time to time. During the tenure of the Agreement nothing shall be done by the Successful Bidder in contravention of any law, act and/ or rules/regulations, there under or any amendment thereof governing inter – alia customs, foreign exchange, etc., and shall keep the Bank, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and consultants indemnified in this regard.
