Common use of Statutory Requirements Clause in Contracts

Statutory Requirements. All statutory requirements for the valid consummation by the Company of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have been fulfilled. All authorizations, consents and approvals of all governments and other persons required to be obtained in order to permit consummation by the Company of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have been obtained.

All authorizations, consents and approvals of all governments and other persons required to be obtained in order to permit consummation by the Company Industries, Powerboats, and Power of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and to continue unimpaired in all material respects immediately following the Closing shall have been obtained.

Statutory Requirements.
