Patent Rights, Copyrights and Rights in Data. If this contract results in any copyrightable materials or inventions, the Vendor agrees to comply with Land Bank’s requirements and regulations pertaining to patent rights with respect of any discovery or invention which arises or is developed in the course of or under such contract. The Vendor also agrees to comply with the Land Bank’s requirements and regulations pertaining to copyrights and rights in data, and reserves the right to royalty-free, non-exclusive and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish or otherwise use and to authorize others to use, the work or materials for governmental purposes.

Patent Rights, Copyrights and Rights in Data. If this contract results in any copyrightable materials or inventions, the Contractor agrees to comply with Land Bank’s requirements and regulations pertaining to patent rights with respect of any discovery or invention which arises or is developed in the course of or under such contract. The Contractor also agrees to comply with the Land Bank’s requirements and regulations pertaining to copyrights and rights in data, and reserves the right to royalty-free, non-exclusive and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish or otherwise use and to authorize others to use, the work or materials for governmental purposes.   • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS - DATA RIGHTS A. Data produced under this Annex which is subject to paragraph C. of the Intellectual Property Rights - Data Rights Article of the Umbrella Agreement will be protected for the period of one year.

  • Patents and Copyrights ‌ All services, information, computer program elements, reports and other deliverables which might be patented or copyrighted and created under this Contract are the property of the Department and shall not be used or released by the Consultant or any other person except with the prior written approval by the Department.
