Statutory Requirements. 24.1 The CONTRACTOR shall notify the CUSTOMER of all statutory provisions and approved safety standards applicable to the Ordered IT Products and their provision and shall be responsible for obtaining all licences, consents or permits required for the performance of this Contract. 24.2 The CONTRACTOR shall inform the CUSTOMER if the Ordered IT Products are hazardous to health or safety and of the precautions that should be taken in respect thereto. 24.3 The CONTRACTOR shall, and shall ensure that its Sub-Contractors and the CONTRACTOR Personnel, take all measures necessary to comply with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and any other Laws relating to health and safety, which may apply to those involved in the performance of this Contract.
