(Step 1) Informal Procedure, Oral Discussion. The employee shall first discuss the alleged grievance with the immediate supervising Administrator of the school where the employee primarily works. This shall be done within thirty (30) calendar days after the occurrence or knowledge of the occurrence giving rise to the alleged grievance. The employee may have a Union representative present during this discussion.
