Step 1 Reply. The designated supervisor shall meet with the grievant within ten (10) days of receipt of the written grievance in an effort to resolve the grievance. The designated supervisor shall provide a written disposition of the grievance within ten (10) days of the meeting with the grievant, with an electronic copy provided to the Union Employee Representative and Chapter President.
