STEP 2 OF GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. If the Grievance is not resolved, abandoned or withdrawn in Step 1, the Guild or the Company as the case may be shall have twenty-one (21) calendar days from the conclusion of Step 1 to make a written request to hold a meeting within twenty-one (21) working days. Such request will be in writing to the Publisher’s Director of Human Resources, or the Guild Administrative Officer as the case may be. After receipt of such request, two (2) representatives of the Publisher and two (2) representatives of the Guild will meet to attempt to settle the grievance. By mutual agreement either party may bring additional witnesses to provide information relevant to the grievance. The Publisher’s representatives or the Guild’s representatives shall respond in writing within twenty-one (21) working days of the date of the meeting.
