STEP 3: WRITTEN PROCEDURE. Within five (5) days after receiving the decision of the building supervisor or their designee, an appeal along with the reasons therefore from the decision may be made to the Superintendent. The appeal shall be in writing on the form provided and shall be accompanied by a copy of the original grievance and decision at Step 1.
