Step Four: Request for Arbitration Hearing. If the Grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Step Three, they shall consult with the Union and the Union may choose to submit the matter to the Office of Employee and Labor Relations for a hearing. Any requests for Arbitration shall be made in writing within fifteen (15) work days after the final decision in Step Three. A copy of this written request, along with the original grievance and all decisions made under Steps One, Two and Three, must be forwarded by the Union to the Step One, Step Two, and Step Three authorities.
