Common use of Step III Clause in Contracts

Step III. If the grievance is not settled at Step II, it may be appealed to the CEOs 23 within fourteen (14) days following receipt by the grievant and the Association of the 24 written response at Step II. The parties shall meet within ten days of receipt of the 25 appeal at a mutually convenient time to attempt to resolve the grievance. The CEO 26 will issue a written response to the grievant and the Association within fourteen (14) 27 days following the meeting.

Step III. If the grievance is not settled at Step II, it may be appealed to the CEOs 23 6 CEO within fourteen (14) days following receipt by the grievant and the 7 Association of the 24 written response at Step II. The parties shall meet within 8 ten (10) days of receipt of the 25 appeal at a mutually convenient time to 9 attempt to resolve the grievance. The CEO 26 will issue a written response to 10 the grievant and the Association within fourteen (14) 27 days following the 11 meeting.

The parties shall meet within ten 10 days of receipt of the 25 appeal at a mutually convenient time to attempt to resolve 11 the grievance. The CEO 26 will issue a written response to the grievant and the 12 Association within fourteen (14) 27 days following the meeting.

Step III. If the grievance is not settled at Step II, it may be appealed to 16 the CEOs 23 within fourteen (14) days following receipt by the grievant and the 17 Association of the 24 written response at Step II. The parties shall meet within ten 18 days of receipt of the 25 appeal at a mutually convenient time to attempt to resolve 19 the grievance. The CEO 26 will issue a written response to the grievant and the 20 Association within fourteen (14) 27 days following the meeting. 22 STEP IV. If the grievance is not resolved at Step III, the Association may 23 refer the issue to binding arbitration by giving notice to the Hospital within 14 24 days of the CEO response at Step III.
