Sterling and Purchaser Employment Agreements. (a) At the Closing, Sterling shall cause Texas-Sterling to enter into (i) an employment agreement with Patxxxx X. Xxxxxxx xxth the terms and in the form attached hereto as Exhibit M, which shall replace and supersede any current employment agreement that Texas-Sterling may have with Mr. X. Xxxxxxx, (ii) an employment agreement with Josxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. xxth the terms and in the form attached hereto as Exhibit N, which shall replace and supersede any current employment agreement that Texas-Sterling may have with Mr. Xxxxxx, xnd (iii) an employment agreement with Terxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx xxth the terms and in the form attached hereto as Exhibit O, which shall replace and supersede any current employment agreement that Texas-Sterling may have with Mr. Xxxxxxxxxx. (b) At the Closing, the Purchaser shall enter into (i) an employment agreement with Patxxxx X. Xxxxxxx xxth the terms and in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P, and (ii) an employment agreement with Josxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. xxth the terms and in the form attached hereto as Exhibit Q.
