Exhibit P shall include and insure Authority, its Board, officers, employees and agents, their successors and assigns, as additional insureds, against the areas of risk associated with this Agreement to protect against loss from liability imposed by law for damages on account of bodily injury, including death resulting therefrom, and property damage suffered or alleged to be suffered by any person or persons whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from any act, omission or activity of Airline, or any person acting for it or under its control or direction, or any person authorized by it to use the Airline Leased Premises.
