Common use of STEWARDS 10 Clause in Contracts

STEWARDS 10. 01 On all jobs, the Business Manager of the Union will designate, or otherwise arrange for, the appointment of a xxxxxxx from among the qualified working Journeyperson employees. The Employer must notify and supply the Job Xxxxxxx with a copy of all official dispatched manpower lists which are faxed or emailed to the employer work site by the Union Office.
