STEWARDS CONDUCTING UNION BUSINESS. Stewards selected by the Union will be permitted to discuss grievances with University representatives in the appropriate Steps of the grievance procedure during the stewards' normal working hours without loss of pay, provided that such discussions will not take excessive periods of time.
