Stewards' Rights. A written list of IUOE stewards serving each work location, listed by department, shall be furnished to the State immediately after their designation, and IUOE shall notify the State promptly of any changes of such officers or stewards. IUOE stewards shall not be recognized by the State until such lists or changes thereto are received. There shall be no more than one IUOE xxxxxxx per work location.
