Stipend for Multi-Grade Assignment. Three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) per year shall be paid to the teacher of a full time multi-grade classroom. This sum to be prorated according to actual multi-grade student contact hours, and added to the monthly paycheck, or as agreed upon by the District and employee. In the event that this assignment is not completed, the District will prorate and deduct that amount owing from the employee’s remaining paychecks.
