School Board Policy. School Board policies, rules, and regulations are and shall remain separate and distinct from this collective bargaining agreement. The Board intends to comply with and implement every section and provision of this collective bargaining agreement with the Creston Education Association.

School Board Policy. This agreement is part of Board policy, and the Board shall carry out the commitments contained herein and give them full force and effect as Board policy.
School Board Policy. 8.13 The matters which are grievable but not arbitrable under the provisions of this Article VIII may be referred only through Step 5 and in such matters the decision of the School Board shall be final and shall not be subject to the Grievance and Arbitration Provisions of this Agreement.
School Board Policy. Use of technology for commercial activities is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the School Board. Commercial activity includes, but is not limited to, the following:  Any activity that requires an exchange of money and/or credit card numbers  Any activity that requires entry into an area of service for which the school will be charged a fee  Any purchase or sale of any kind  Posting pictures or videos of you or other students to YouTube or the internet  Any use for product advertisement or political lobbying  Cannot use your school email or computer for any of the above-mentioned items.

  • School Board Any reference to School Board or District in this Agreement shall mean the District and/or its designated officials.

  • BOARD POLICIES The Borrower shall not modify the terms of any policy or resolutions of its board of directors if such modification could reasonably be expected to have or result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • School Board Review The School Board reserves the right to review any decision issued under Level I or Level II of this procedure provided the School Board or its representative notifies the parties of its intention to review within ten (10) days after the decision has been rendered. In the event the School Board reviews a grievance under this section, the School Board reserves the right to reverse or modify such decision.

  • School Board Rights Section 1. Inherent Managerial Rights: The exclusive representative recognizes that the School Board is not required to meet and negotiate on matters of inherent managerial policy, which include, but are not limited to, such areas of discretion or policy as the functions and programs of the employer, its overall budget, utilization of technology, the organizational structure and selection and direction and number of personnel.

  • EMPLOYMENT POLICY 6.01 The Union and the Employer will cooperate in maintaining a desirable and competent labour force. The Employer will notify the Union of labour requirements giving as much prior notice as possible. The Union will provide a list of manpower available. The Employer at its discretion may hire employees listed or from other sources.
