Stock Splits, Reverse Splits and Combinations. In case outstanding shares of Common Stock shall be subdivided, split or reclassified into a greater number of shares of Common Stock, each Fixed Settlement Rate in effect at the opening of business on the day following the day upon which such subdivision, split or reclassification becomes effective shall be proportionately increased, and, conversely, in case outstanding shares of Common Stock shall each be combined or reclassified into a smaller number of shares of Common Stock, each Fixed Settlement Rate in effect at the opening of business on the day following the day upon which such combination or reclassification becomes effective shall be proportionately reduced, such increase or reduction, as the case may be, to become effective immediately after the opening of business on the day following the day upon which such subdivision, split, reclassification or combination becomes effective.

Stock Splits, Reverse Splits and Combinations. In case outstanding shares of Company Common Stock shall be subdivided, split or reclassified into a greater number of shares of Company Common Stock, then the number of shares of Company Common Stock issuable upon exercise of each Warrant in effect at the opening of business on the day following the date upon which such subdivision, split or reclassification becomes effective shall be adjusted so that the Holder shall thereafter be entitled to receive the number of shares of Company Common Stock that the Holder would have owned or would have been entitled to receive had such Warrant been exercised immediately prior to such subdivision, split or reclassification becoming effective; and, in the event of any such adjustment, the Exercise Price in effect at the opening of business on the day following the date upon which such subdivision, split or reclassification becomes effective shall be proportionately reduced. Conversely, in case outstanding shares of Company Common Stock shall be combined or reclassified into a smaller number of shares of Company Common Stock, then the number of shares of Company Common Stock issuable upon exercise of each Warrant in effect at the opening of business on the day following the date upon which such combination or reclassification becomes effective shall be adjusted so that the Holder shall thereafter be entitled to receive the number of shares of Company Common Stock that the Holder would have owned or would have been entitled to receive had such Warrant been exercised immediately prior to such combination or reclassification becoming effective; and, in the event of any such adjustment, the Exercise Price in effect at the opening of business on the day following the date upon which such combination or reclassification becomes effective shall be proportionately increased.
