Stockpiles. (a) No stockpiles of soil or other materials shall be placed on footpaths or nature strips unless prior approval has been obtained from the City’s Construction Regulation Unit. (b) All stockpiles of soil or other materials shall be placed away from drainage lines, gutters or stormwater pits or inlets. (c) All stockpiles of soil or other materials likely to generate dust or odours shall be covered. (d) All stockpiles of contaminated soil shall be stored in a secure area and be covered if remaining more than 24 hours
