Stop Work Order. Buyer may, at any time, by written notice to Seller, stop all or any part of the work hereunder for up to ninety (90) days. Upon receiving such notice, Seller shall immediately comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to avoid incurring any additional cost allocable to such work. Within ninety (90) days after the effective date of the stop work order, Buyer shall either cancel the stop work order or terminate this Order in whole or in part as permitted by this Order. If a stop work order is issued, Buyer shall modify the delivery schedule and/or price in this Order as Buyer deems equitable under the circumstances, provided Seller requests such change within ten (10) days of the end of the stop work order.
