Common use of Storage Sheds Clause in Contracts

Storage Sheds. Xxxxxx agrees to install a storage shed, no smaller than an 8' x 8', and no larger than a 10’ x 12', before occupancy of the home. The storage shed must be constructed of quality material, approved by the Lessor, colored to match or complement the home, and placed in a location approved by Lessor. Lessee must maintain the condition of the exterior of the shed with respect to appearance or physical damage. Only one storage shed per home site allowed.
