Temporary Construction Facilities. Temporary restrooms will be provided at various locations on the site. Also available will be a jobsite trailer for managing the project. Security fencing will be utilized as required to maintain a safe and secure jobsite.
Temporary Construction Facilities. Unless otherwise specified, the following temporary construction facilities must be provided and maintained by the Contractor throughout the construction period and removed at the completion of the Work:
a. Field Offices. Unless otherwise specified in the Detailed Specifications, the Contractor must provide a temporary building or mobile type field office of such size and containing such equipment as the Contractor deems necessary to conduct the operations. The field office must be provided with a telephone for Contractor's superintendent during the entire period of construction. The telephone must be removed promptly upon Final Completion and Acceptance of the Work.
Temporary Construction Facilities. Duke Realty shall establish and construct temporary construction facilities as necessary to manage and coordinate the work. The facilities shall consist of, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: · Construction office trailer · Temporary construction communications · Temporary power and water · Sanitary facilities · Facsimile and reprographic machines · Temporary safety and public protection barricades/enclosures · Trash dumpster for construction debris · Temporary enclosures for weather protection · Construction material storage areas · Project identification signs Excessive accumulation of waste materials and debris will be avoided by periodic clean up of the building and construction site. When the building is substantially completed, we will remove all debris, tools, scaffolding, equipment, and surplus materials, and leave the building in a “wiped clean” condition. We will clean all of the exterior windows, vacuum all carpeting, damp mop all ceramic and vinyl composition tile flooring, clean all bathroom mirrors, fixtures and toilet partitions. Aerial photos will be taken each month to record the progress of construction. Copies of aerial progress photos of the shell building will be provided to the Tenant. Duke Realty will retain the services of a land surveyor to establish the building control for construction of the building.
Temporary Construction Facilities. The Seller shall provide all temporary facilities required to construct the facility including the items noted below. All temporary facilities shall be removed as required or upgraded to meet the final plant requirements. Installation and maintenance of temporary construction access road Installation and maintenance of construction parking and construction laydown areas Construction trailers and facilities as required by construction, testing, inspection, engineering, supervision, management, etc. personnel Adequate space shall be provided for Seller provided temporary trailer(s) for Purchaser’s construction and operation staff. Trailers shall be equipped with temporary furnishing, HVAC and set up for phone and high speed internet access during plant construction/commissioning until turnover, located on site, in close proximity to the power block construction and to the Contractor’s and Seller’s management and supervisory personnel trailers. Use of or improvement of existing railroad spur close to the facility to allow off-loading of equipment, if required. Improvements to existing roads to transport equipment from the available spur to the site (if applicable). Improvements to existing roads to transport equipment to the site, either temporary for construction purposes or permanent to support plant maintenance and operation activities. Construction of temporary drainage facilities Providing temporary erosion control during earthwork Final grading and cleanup after the Facility is essentially complete Restoration of all areas affected by the construction of access road, parking, and laydown areas following project completion (as required by Seller’s agreements)
Temporary Construction Facilities. Unless otherwise specified, you must provide and maintain the following temporary construction facilities throughout the construction period and remove them at the completion of the Work:
a. Field Offices. Unless otherwise specified, you must provide a temporary building or mobile type field office of such size and containing such equipment as you deem necessary to conduct the operations. The field office must be provided with a telephone for your superintendent and a pay telephone for use by others during the entire period of construction. The telephone must be removed promptly upon Final Completion and Acceptance of the Work. Unless otherwise specified, you must supply a field office for the City's Superintendent consisting of a separate office facility. It must be of adequate size for efficient operations and be furnished with a desk, three chairs, 4-drawer file cabinet and a plan table. It must be equipped with electric lighting, heating, ventilating and cooling facilities. You must provide a separate telephone for City Superintendent's use. You must also provide and maintain in clean condition for Superintendent’s use, including toilet facilities, having a water closet and laboratory fixture connected to sanitary sewer and water service. Temporary toilet facilities must be located in the City's Superintendent's trailer and comply with City and State regulations relating to health and sanitation. The toilet facility must be serviced twice weekly and kept stocked with toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Temporary Construction Facilities. Up to three temporary rock quarries, a portable rock crusher and a concrete batch plant will be established and operated during the construction phase of the Project.
Temporary Construction Facilities. The Certificate Holder proposes to operate up to three gravel quarries, one rock crusher, and one concrete batch plant during construction of the Project (Temporary Construction Facilities). The Certificate Holder shall comply with the following conditions regarding these facilities:
Temporary Construction Facilities. During the performance of Tenant’s Work, Tenant shall be responsible for the removal from the Project on a daily basis of all trash, construction debris and surplus construction materials or, at Landlord’s option, the placement on a regular basis of such trash, debris and materials in Landlord designated receptacles. Landlord may, at its option, provide trash receptacles at a central location for Tenant’s use during Tenant’s construction. Landlord shall cause such receptacles to be emptied and trash removed at a cost to Tenant and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for its costs incurred in connection therewith. During Tenant’s performance of Tenant’s Work, Tenant shall remove on a regular basis, all of its trash and debris and properly deposit same in the centrally located trash receptacles.
Temporary Construction Facilities. The contractor at various locations on the site will provide temporary restrooms. A job site trailer will be furnished with telephone, computer, printer, fax machine, and conference room.
