Store man. Organise the Stores Operations Function by:  Co-ordinating the flow of material received, stored and issued to meet customer requirements  Liaising with other departments/groups  Applying appropriate levels of control to safeguard Eskom’s assets  Approving stores design and layout activities  Ensuring a high level of stock accuracy  Providing “safekeeping” facilities for lifting equipment items  Enforcing and monitor the adherence to lifting equipment preservation requirements  Implementing of corrective actions resultant from audit reports.  Prioritising functional activities, monitor progress and implement corrective actions.  Co-ordinating all collections and deliveries of material on and off site  Attending appropriate departmental meetings Normal Working Hours The normal working hours for routine maintenance will be as follows: Monday -Thursday -07h00 to 16h00 Friday - 07h00 to 12h00 Working hours for non-routine type maintenance will be as and when required, overtime to be included into hourly rate in the Price List.
