Common use of STORE SECURITY Clause in Contracts

STORE SECURITY. A. The Employer agrees to provide such security (including the employment of armed guards) as may be necessary to minimize the exposure of employees to bodily harm in stores where armed robbery and violence are presently or in the future become a continuing problem. The provisions of this Article shall be implemented as soon as practicable. It is understood that disputes under this Section shall go directly to final binding arbitration. B. In stores where security concerns are present, the Employer may choose not to schedule employees for a meal period as provided in Article 12. Where this option is exercised, it will apply to all employees in the store.
