Storm Drainage System. 16.1 The Developer shall construct a storm drainage and storm water management system to adequately service the Lands and all or any portion of the ultimate drainage area in which the Lands are located. This system shall be constructed in accordance with the Plans approved by the Director of Public Works, the Region of Niagara Planning & Development Department, the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority, and the Ministry of the Environment, and the construction and materials used therein shall be in accordance with the Town’s most recent specifications therefor.
