Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SW3P). GCE shall develop SW3P, on separate sheets from (but in conformance with) the TCP, to minimize potential impact to receiving waterways. The SW3P shall include text describing the plan, quantities, type, phase and locations of erosion control devices, and required erosion control measures including construction entrances and exits. This shall include Notices of Intent (NOI), Notices on Termination (NOT), two Construction Site Notices as required in accordance with the current Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, TPDES General Permit for storm water discharges associated with construction activities.
