Common use of Stormwater Advisory Committee Clause in Contracts

Stormwater Advisory Committee. (1) The Minister may, at the request of the Authority, establish a Stormwater Advisory Committee (the Committee) to provide advice to the Authority on technical, planning, policy or legal matters relating to the functions of the Authority in accordance with terms of reference established and maintained under the Stormwater Management Agreement.
