Common use of Stormwater Management Facility Clause in Contracts

Stormwater Management Facility. The Owner AGREES to implement any and all of the works identified in the Stormwater Management Report that details methods to be used to ensure storm water quality controls in accordance with the Ministry of Environment ‘Stormwater Management Planning and Design Manual’ (2003), including all water balance, water quality control, water quantity control, sediment and erosion control, and phosphorus control to the satisfaction of the City and Conservation Authority.

Stormwater Management Facility.
