STP Port Termination. 7.4.2.1 Carrier shall pay the STP Port Termination rate for each termination of the SS7 Link Cross Connect at the SBC-7STATE STP. One STP Port Termination must be installed at SBC- 7STATE’s interconnecting STP for each Dedicated Signaling Link. 7.4.2.2 There are two charges that apply to the STP Port Termination, i.e., a fixed recurring monthly rate per port termination and a nonrecurring installation charge per port.
