STRATEGIC PLAN (1) Within ninety (90) days, the Board shall adopt, implement, and thereafter ensure Bank adherence to a written strategic plan for the Bank covering at least a three-year period. The strategic plan shall establish objectives for the Bank's overall risk profile, earnings performance, growth, balance sheet mix, off-balance sheet activities, liability structure, capital adequacy, reduction in the volume of nonperforming assets, product line development and market segments that the Bank intends to promote or develop, together with strategies to achieve those objectives and, at a minimum, include:

Strategic Context This Agreement is informed by a wider strategic context related to the delivery of safe, quality, financially sustainable and accountable healthcare for all Western Australians. Strategy As an organization without operational services (fuel, maintenance, etc.), and in consideration that the majority of potential issues come from boat maintenance whereby the boats are personal property, the predominant strategy will be the minimization of on-site waste. With this approach, the organization will have minimal potential impact on the environment and reduce regulatory risk. To accomplish this, requirements will be established by policy, periodic communications shall occur, and audits will be utilized to provide feedback for improvement.
Development 3.3 Within twenty (20) Working Days after the Commencement Date and in accordance with paragraphs 3.10 to 3.12 (Amendment and Revision), the Contractor will prepare and deliver to the Authority for approval the full and final Security Plan which will be based on the draft Security Plan set out in Appendix B.
Policy Development 2.2.1 LIDDA shall develop and implement policies to address the needs of the LSA in accordance with state and federal laws. The policies shall include consideration of public input, best value, and individual care issues.
Exit Strategy You must have a plan in place to address what will be done in the event of closure or termination of the Services under the Service Agreement. This Exit Strategy may include details on the process that You will employ to cease the Services, arrangements for relevant employees, the continuity of the Services to the Service Users, the handling of records and information in relation to the Services and how the Assets will be dealt with, distributed or transferred. Implementation of Strategic Plan Goals This Agreement supports the County’s Strategic Plan, Goal 1, Operational Effectiveness/Fiscal Sustainability. This Agreement will provide revenue reimbursement to the Department for services rendered.
Performance Management 17.1 The Contractor will appoint a suitable Account Manager to liaise with the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager. Any/all changes to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be agreed in writing between the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager and the Contractor’s appointed representative.
