Common use of Street Light Rates Clause in Contracts

Street Light Rates. The distribution rates charged by the Company to the Municipality for street lighting shall include only those costs and expenses that pertain to street lighting facilities all at rates approved by the Commission. Other terms and conditions for non-standard street lighting are outlined in the non-standard street lighting agreement between the Company and the Municipality.
