For more information visit our privacy policy.Website, Email Address and Toll-Free Number The Administrator will establish and maintain and use an internet website to post information of interest to Class Members including the date, time and location for the Final Approval Hearing and copies of the Settlement Agreement, Motion for Preliminary Approval, the Preliminary Approval, the Class Notice, the Motion for Final Approval, the Motion for Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and Class Representative Service Payment, the Final Approval and the Judgment. The Administrator will also maintain and monitor an email address and a toll-free telephone number to receive Class Member calls, faxes and emails.
Contact Numbers The Parties agree to provide one another with toll-free nation- wide (50 states) contact numbers for the purpose of ordering, provisioning and maintenance of services.
Name or Address Changes It is your responsibility to notify the Credit Union of a change in mailing or physical address, change of email address or change of name. The Credit Union is only required to attempt to communicate with you only at the most recent address you have provided to the Credit Union. If the Credit Union attempts to locate you, the Credit Union may impose a service fee as set forth on the “Schedule of Fees and Charges.”
BUILDING NAME AND ADDRESS Tenant shall not utilize any name selected by Landlord from time to time for the Building and/or the Project as any part of Tenant's corporate or trade name. Landlord shall have the right to change the name, address, number or designation of the Building or Project without liability to Tenant.
Xxxxx Fargo Name The Sub-Adviser and the Trust each agree that the name "Xxxxx Fargo," which comprises a component of the Trust's name, is a property right of the parent of the Adviser. The Trust agrees and consents that: (i) it will use the words "Xxxxx Fargo" as a component of its corporate name, the name of any series or class, or all of the above, and for no other purpose; (ii) it will not grant to any third party the right to use the name "Xxxxx Fargo" for any purpose; (iii) the Adviser or any corporate affiliate of the Adviser may use or grant to others the right to use the words "Xxxxx Fargo," or any combination or abbreviation thereof, as all or a portion of a corporate or business name or for any commercial purpose, other than a grant of such right to another registered investment company not advised by the Adviser or one of its affiliates; and (iv) in the event that the Adviser or an affiliate thereof is no longer acting as investment adviser to any Fund or class of a Fund, the Trust shall, upon request by the Adviser, promptly take such action as may be necessary to change its corporate name to one not containing the words "Xxxxx Fargo" and following such change, shall not use the words "Xxxxx Fargo," or any combination thereof, as a part of its corporate name or for any other commercial purpose, and shall use its best efforts to cause its trustees, officers and shareholders to take any and all actions that the Adviser may request to effect the foregoing and to reconvey to the Adviser any and all rights to such words.
Telephone Numbers 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Ymax Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Ymax for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to Ymax. 10.2 Ymax’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Ymax who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to Ymax, from Ymax to Verizon, or from Ymax to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Ymax for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to Ymax under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a Ymax switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Ymax, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Ymax. 10.6 Ymax may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.
Counterparts; Telecopied Signatures This Agreement may be executed in any number of and by different parties hereto on separate counterparts, all of which, when so executed, shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same agreement. Any signature delivered by a party by facsimile transmission shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.
Account Numbers State Street shall process all payment orders on the basis of the account number contained in the payment order. In the event of a discrepancy between any name indicated on the payment order and the account number, the account number shall take precedence and govern. Financial institutions that receive payment orders initiated by State Street at the instruction of the Client may also process payment orders on the basis of account numbers, regardless of any name included in the payment order. State Street will also rely on any financial institution identification numbers included in any payment order, regardless of any financial institution name included in the payment order.
