Xxxxxx Lighting. Fixtures shall be Xxxxxxxx Lumec MetroScape model MPTC or approved equal and shall be black in colour. Minimum output shall be LED equivalent to 100 watt High Pressure Sodium. All fixtures shall have individual photocell control, and photocells shall have 20 year warranty. Fixtures shall be set on 4.25 metre minimum plain black octagonal concrete poles, or as directed by the Municipality. The tenon size on pole and fixture must match. Power feed shall be completely underground. The lights shall generally be placed to the outside of curved roads. The maximum allowable spacing along the street between the lights shall be 37 metres, and the minimum spacing between lights shall not be less than 27 metres. IESNA RP-8 shall be met. The poles must be installed at the location as shown on the Municipality’s Typical Cross-Section. Particular care shall be taken to adequately illuminate the intersections and cul-de-sacs. It is preferred to have poles located along lot lines if possible.

Xxxxxx Lighting. 7.3.1 COKM agrees to install street lighting at locations within the Site designated by the Developer and mutually agreed upon by COKM and as needed to comply with City, County and/or State ordinances and regulations. Street lighting will be placed in accordance with mutually approved street lighting plans which shall be conveyed to COKM prior to planning and installation. Street lighting will be designed and installed concurrent with the initial installation of the Infrastructure. 7.3.2 The Developer may, at their option, choose to select a standard pole and fixture style or non- standard pole and fixture style and color from a catalog of street lighting poles and fixtures offered by COKM. Any costs over and above the street light allowance as specified in the COKM’s line extension policy will be borne by the Developer. 7.3.3 COKM will own, operate, maintain and repair the lighting facilities. The monthly charge for street lighting service will be according to the applicable rate schedule for lighting service in the Tariff. Payment of the monthly charge for street lighting service will be the responsibility of the developer, or home builder, or HOA, according to city ordinance or in the absence of city ordinance, the responsibility of the Developer, or Development Management Company, or HOA, as such may exist. Application to provide electric service for street lighting should be made in advance of installation.

Xxxxxx Lighting. (a) ORGANIZATION AND QUALIFICATION. Xxxxxx Lighting has been duly incorporated, and is validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, has the requisite corporate power and corporate authority to own or lease its property as it is now owned or leased and as it is now conducted. Xxxxxx Lighting is duly qualified to transact business and is in good standing as a foreign corporation in the State of Rhode Island. (b) NO VIOLATION OF LAWS OR AGREEMENTS. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.22(b), none of the execution and delivery of this Agreement or any Other Agreement, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, or the compliance with or fulfillment of the terms, conditions and provisions hereof or thereof by Xxxxxx Lighting will: (a) contravene any provision of the Articles of Incorporation or By-Laws of Xxxxxx Lighting, (b) to the knowledge of ADLT, conflict with, result in a breach of or constitute a default or an event of default (or an event which would, with the passage of time or the giving of notice or both, constitute a default) under any term, condition or provision of, or result in the termination or loss of any right (or give others the right to cause such a termination or loss) under, any material license or franchise, or any other Xxxxxx Lighting Contract, to which Xxxxxx Lighting is a party or by which Xxxxxx Lighting's assets may be bound or affected; (c) to the knowledge of ADLT, violate any Law or violate any judgment or order of any Governmental Body to which Xxxxxx Lighting is subject; (d) result in the creation or imposition of any Encumbrance upon any assets of Xxxxxx Lighting or give to others any interests or rights therein; or (e) result in the maturation or acceleration of any indebtedness of Xxxxxx Lighting or its Affiliates for borrowed money (or give others the right to cause such a maturation or acceleration).

  • Moonlighting Employment as a physician in a professional capacity outside of what is outlined in this Agreement, whether temporary special medical activity (“TSMA”) or external moonlighting, must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Departmental Chair, Program Director and Director of Graduate Medical Education (or designee). Even if approved, professional and general liability insurance as outlined in Section 5.4 is not provided to Trainee engaged in external moonlighting. Trainee acknowledges he or she has the responsibility to obtain insurance for such engagement. TSMA and external moonlighting must be included and reported as part of Trainee's hours spent on clinical experience and education. Trainee shall not be required to engage in any outside work.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • Sprinkler System If there now is or shall be installed in said building a "sprinkler system" the Tenant agrees to keep the appliances thereto in the demised premises in repair and good working condition, and if the New York Board of Fire Underwriters or the New York Fire Insurance Exchange or any bureau, department or official of the State or local government requires or recommends that any changes, modifications, alterations or additional sprinkler heads or other equipment be made or supplied by reason of the Tenant's business, or the location of partitions, trade fixtures, or other contents of the demised premises, or if such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment in the demised premises are necessary to prevent the imposition of a penalty or charge against the full allowance for a sprinkler system in the fire insurance rate as fixed by said Exchange or by any fire insurance company, the Tenant will at the Tenant's own expense, promptly make and supply such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler head or other equipment. As additional rent hereunder the Tenant will pay to the Landlord, annually in advance, throughout the term 100%, toward the contract price for sprinkler supervisory service.

  • Signaling Link Transport 9.2.1 Signaling Link Transport is a set of two or four dedicated 56 kbps transmission paths between Global Connection-designated Signaling Points of Interconnection that provide appropriate physical diversity.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades. 5.2.1 As described in Section 32.3.5.3 of the SGIP in Attachment Z of the ISO OATT, the responsibility of the Interconnection Customer for the cost of the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with Attachment S of the ISO OATT, as required by Section 32.3.5.3.2

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Bandwidth the amount of data (quantified as “Mbps” or “Gbps”) made available to Customer as specified in a Service Order.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.
