Tenderer’s response In order for NLFI to assess this criterion, the Tenderer is invited to provide examples of relevant transactions in Global Coordinator, Bookrunner or Co- Lead Manager roles in the following categories since 1 January 2010 (where country of listing refers to the underlying issuer):
