Strict Building Code Compliance. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, when considering any application for a Later Approval, the City or the applicable City Agency shall apply the applicable provisions, requirements, rules, or regulations that are contained in the San Francisco Building Codes, including the Public Works Code (which includes the Stormwater Management Ordinance), Subdivision Code, Mechanical Code, Electrical Code, Green Building Code, Housing Code, Plumbing Code, Fire Code, or other uniform construction codes applicable on a City-Wide basis.

  • LABOR CODE COMPLIANCE The Grantee agrees to be bound by all the provisions of the Labor Code regarding prevailing wages and shall monitor all contracts subject to reimbursement from this Agreement to assure that the prevailing wage provisions of the Labor Code are being met.   • Standards Compliance DNS. Registry Operator shall comply with relevant existing RFCs and those published in the future by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), including all successor standards, modifications or additions thereto relating to the DNS and name server operations including without limitation RFCs 1034, 1035, 1123, 1982, 2181, 2182, 2671, 3226, 3596, 3597, 4343, and 5966.
