Common use of Strikes and Lockouts Prohibition Clause in Contracts

Strikes and Lockouts Prohibition. For the duration of this Agreement, there shall be no strikes, slowdowns, work stoppages, picketing, or other interference with or interruption of work at any of the University's operations by the Union or by any of the employees covered by this Agreement. There shall also be no lockouts by the University for the duration of this Agreement.
