CONTRACTOR TO PACKAGE DELIVERABLES The Contractor will package deliverables in accordance with good commercial practice and shall include a packing list showing the description of each item, the quantity and unit price unless otherwise provided in the Specifications or Supplemental Terms and Conditions, each shipping container shall be clearly and permanently marked as follows: (a) The Contractor's name and address, (b) the City’s name, address and purchase order or purchase release number and the price agreement number if applicable, (c) Container number and total number of containers, e.g. box 1 of 4 boxes, and (d) the number of the container bearing the packing list. The Contractor shall bear cost of packaging. Deliverables shall be suitably packed to secure lowest transportation costs and to conform to all the requirements of common carriers and any applicable specification. The City's count or weight shall be final and conclusive on shipments not accompanied by packing lists.

Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.
Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor. Data Analysis In the meeting, the analysis that has led the College President to conclude that a reduction- in-force in the FSA at that College may be necessary will be shared. The analysis will include but is not limited to the following: ● Relationship of the FSA to the mission, vision, values, and strategic plan of the College and district ● External requirement for the services provided by the FSA such as accreditation or intergovernmental agreements ● Annual instructional load (as applicable) ● Percentage of annual instructional load taught by Residential Faculty (as applicable) ● Fall Full-Time Student Equivalent (FFTE) inclusive of dual enrollment ● Number of Residential Faculty teaching/working in the FSA ● Number of Residential Faculty whose primary FSA is the FSA being analyzed ● Revenue trends over five years for the FSA including but not limited to tuition and fees ● Expenditure trends over five years for the FSA including but not limited to personnel and capital ● Account balances for any fees accounts within the FSA ● Cost/benefit analysis of reducing all non-Residential Faculty plus one Residential Faculty within the FSA ● An explanation of the problem that reducing the number of faculty in the FSA would solve ● The list of potential Residential Faculty that are at risk of layoff as determined by the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources ● Other relevant information, as requested
Deliverables Upon satisfactory completion of the work authorization, the Engineer shall submit the deliverables as specified in the executed work authorization to the State for review and acceptance.
