Student Advising. 2. The parties agree that student input is essential in the improvement of instruction and shall be considered during evaluation. Further, student input is a meaningful part of evaluation. Consequently, unit members shall conduct student evaluations in each class taught. A department, division or other appropriate unit may develop or revise a standard student evaluation form and procedure. Student evaluation forms and procedures shall be developed, revised and approved in accordance with paragraph B.3 of this Article. Student evaluations shall be part of a unit member's personnel file as follows:
