Common use of Student Fees Clause in Contracts

Student Fees. I understand individual Sponsors may have specific rules about sponsorship where a student has to repeat a year. • I acknowledge that tuition fees may increase regularly but no guarantee can be given as to the annual increase or the average increase over time. • I acknowledge that in accordance with the RCSI Bahrain Fees Policy (Annex E to this agreement), the tuition fees are non-refundable. • I confirm that I will have adequate funds available to meet the tuition fees for which I am liable for the whole period of my programme at RCSI Bahrain. • I understand that non-payment of fees will necessitate suspension from RCSI Bahrain and that I will be liable to pay any outstanding fees after accepting the offer. • I acknowledge that if my tuition fees are not paid by the required date, a hold will be placed on my record that will prohibit me from being registered. • I accept that if my tuition fees are not paid by the required date, I will not be allowed sit my examinations, including semester, continuous assessment or end of year. • I acknowledge that aside from tuition fees, I am responsible for paying other administrative fees such as Repeat exam fees, Appeal fees, Replacement fee for lost access card, IT resources, student laptop and all other fees as laid out in the Fees policy (Annex E to this agreement). This is applicable to ALL students, self-funding and sponsored.
