Common use of Student Progression Plan Clause in Contracts

Student Progression Plan. The School will adopt the Sponsor’s Student Progression Plan. The School shall implement the Student Progression Plan in effect for the current operational year. The Sponsor may consider, but is not obligated to, approve any exemptions from the Student Progression Plan requested by the School. The School may not implement any exemptions that are not approved by the Sponsor.
