Common use of Student Recruitment and Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Student Recruitment and Enrollment. 2.4.1 The School Enrollment Policies and Procedures set forth in Exhibit D, incorporated herein by this reference, must be used as guidance in the creation and modification of the School Recruitment and Enrollment Plan. Enrollment in the Charter School shall be conducted pursuant to the School Recruitment and Enrollment Plan as developed by the Charter Operator and which must be in compliance with the School Enrollment Policies and Procedures and applicable State law. In all cases, student recruitment and enrollment decisions shall be made in a nondiscriminatory manner and without regard to race, color, national origin, creed, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age, ancestry, athletic performance, special need, proficiency in the English language or in a foreign language, or academic achievement in admitting students.
