Common use of Student's Health Clause in Contracts

Student's Health. The Principal or the Head of Division (as applicable) may at any time require a medical opinion or certificate as to the Student's general health where the Principal or the Head of Division considers it necessary, as a matter of professional judgement in the interests of the Student and/or the School community. The Student, if of sufficient age and maturity, is entitled to insist on confidentiality which can be overridden in the Student's own interests or where necessary for the protection of other members of the School community.
