Sub-Contracting/Outsourcing. 4.13.1 Any agreement resulting from this procurement exercise will specifically be with the Contractor, and will require the performance of the service to be provided by the agreed experts of the Contractor as specified in the tender response. Any further sub contracting and/or out-sourcing of work post Framework award shall require the Client’s express approval.
