Sub-processor List. SurveyMonkey will, subject to any confidentiality provisions under this Agreement or otherwise imposed by SurveyMonkey:
(a) make available to Customer a list of the SurveyMonkey subcontractors (“Sub-processors”) who are involved in processing or sub-processing Personal Data in connection with the provision of the Services, together with a description of the nature of services provided by each Sub-processor (“Sub-processor List”). A copy of this Sub-processor List may be requested here;
(b) ensure that all Sub-processors on the Sub-processor List are bound by contractual terms that are in all material respects no less onerous than those contained in this Agreement; and
(c) be liable for the acts and omissions of its Sub-processors to the same extent SurveyMonkey would be liable if performing the services of each of those Sub-processors directly under the terms of this Agreement, except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement;
Sub-processor List. SurveyMonkey will, subject to any confidentiality provisions under the Agreement or otherwise imposed by SurveyMonkey:
(a) make available to Customer a list of the SurveyMonkey subcontractors (“Sub-processors”) who are involved in processing or sub-processing Customer Personal Data in connection with the provision of the Services, together with a description of the nature of services provided by each Sub-processor (“Sub-processor List”). A copy of this Sub-processor List is available here ;
(b) provide Customer with written notice (“New Sub-processor Notice”) of the addition of any new Sub-processor or replacement of an existing Sub-processor at any time during the term of the Agreement, provided that Customer signs up to a mailing list made available by SurveyMonkey through which such notices will be delivered by e-mail;
(c) ensure that all Sub-processors on the Sub-processor List are bound by contractual terms that are in all material respects no less onerous than those contained in this DPA;
(d) be liable for the acts and omissions of its Sub-processors to the same extent SurveyMonkey would be liable if performing the services of each of those Sub-processors directly under the terms of this DPA, except as otherwise set forth in the Agreement; and
(e) provide copies of any Sub-processor agreements to Customer pursuant to Clause 5(j) of the Customer Standard Contractual Clauses only upon reasonable request by Customer. Such agreements may be redacted by SurveyMonkey to remove any commercial information and any information unrelated to the processing of Customer Personal Data conducted by the Sub-processor.

(b) ensure that all Sub-processors on the Sub-processor List are bound by contractual terms that are in all material respects no less onerous than those contained in this Agreement; and
(c) be liable for the acts and omissions of its Sub-processors to the same extent SurveyMonkey would be liable if performing the services of each of those Sub-processors directly under the terms of this Agreement, except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement;
Sub-processor List. SaaS Provider will maintain an up-to-date list of its Sub- Processors, including their functions and locations, as specified in the Schedule 5.
Sub-processor List. The names of all Sub-processors used as of the Effective Date for the processing of Controller Data under this DPA is set forth on Schedule 3.

Sub-processor List. Information regarding Veson’s current Sub-processors, including their location and services provided (the “Sub-processor List”), can be found in Exhibit C and at the following link: xxxxx://xxxxx.xxx/data-protection-terms/. This Sub-processor list may be updated by Veson from time to time in accordance with subsection 5.4 below.
Sub-processor List. Customer may view a list of PayScale’s current Sub-processors at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/content/legal/PayScale-GDPR-Subprocessor-List.pdf, and if such list is not available, Customer may request the then-current Sub-processor list by contacting PayScale’s support team at xx@xxxxxxxx.xxx.
Sub-processor List. Bynder currently uses the Sub-Processors listed in Schedule 2 to this DPA. A list of Sub-Processors is also available on Bynder's website at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxx-xxxxxxxxxx/ (“Sub-Processors Page”). Bynder will update the Sub-Processors Page with any new Sub-Processor and notify Customer at least 7 calendar days before such Sub-Processors will begin to Process Personal Data.
