Sub-subcontractor Insurance. SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL REQUIRE THAT ALL OF ITS SUB- SUBCONTRACTORS, REGARDLESS OF TIER, COMPLY WITH THE SAME INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS AS ARE REQUIRED OF SUBCONTRACTOR UNDER THIS ATTACHMENT ‘B’ AND THAT THE ADDITIONAL INSUREDS ARE NAMED AS ADDITIONAL INSUREDS TO EACH SAID SUB-SUBCONTRACTORS POLICIES AS APPLICABLE. SUBCONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE CONTRACTOR EVIDENCE OF SUCH INSURANCE BEFORE ALLOWING THE LOWER TIER SUBCONTRACTOR TO BEGIN WORK ON THE PROJECT.

Sub-subcontractor Insurance. Subcontractor shall ensure that its sub-subcontractors of every tier also carry insurance with the limits of liability specified above. Contractor may require written proof that the requisite insurance is being carried. Such written proof shall be furnished to Contractor within ten (10) calendar days after such request has been made. Any such insurance coverage required of sub-subcontractors shall name Contractor, Owner, and Architect as additional insureds, in the same manner as required by Section 16.3, at no additional cost or expense to Contractor.
Sub-subcontractor Insurance. If Subcontractor elects, with Contractor's approval, to subcontract any portion of the Work to another Subcontractor, Subcontractor shall require of such Sub-subcontractor insurance coverage similar to that required of Subcontractor hereunder and shall furnish to Contractor evidence that such insurance coverages are currently in effect. Moreover, Subcontractor shall require any such sub-subcontractor to name Contractor and Owner as additional insureds on sub-subcontractor's Commercial General Liability Insurance and will provide Contractor with a waiver of subrogation form from such sub-subcontractors worker's compensation carrier, General Liability, Automobile, Umbrella policies. Failure of Subcontractor to require sub-subcontractor to obtain the coverages required herein or to furnish Contractor evidence of such coverage shall be grounds for termination for default.

  • Subcontractor Insurance In accord with Good Utility Practice, each Interconnected Entity shall require each of its subcontractors to maintain and provide evidence of insurance coverage of types, and in amounts, commensurate with the risks associated with the services provided by the subcontractor. Bonding of contractors or subcontractors shall be at the hiring Interconnected Entity’s discretion, but regardless of bonding, the hiring principal shall be responsible for the performance or non- performance of any contractor or subcontractor it hires.

  • Contractor Insurance 2.1 The awarded Vendor shall furnish the Owners with a Certificate of Insurance XXXXX and associated endorsements in the kinds and minimum amounts as detailed in the attached "Insurance Requirements for all Contracts" at time of award.

  • Contractor Insurance Requirements When performing Work on property in the care, custody, or control of the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall maintain all commercial general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and any other insurance the Judicial Council deems appropriate under the Agreement. Upon request from the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall furnish an insurance certificate evidencing required insurance coverage acceptable to the Judicial Council. The Contractor may also be required to have the Judicial Council shown as an additional insured on selected policies.

  • Subcontractors’ Insurance If part of the Agreement is to be sublet, Consultant shall either:

  • Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance If specified in Schedule A, the Contractor shall maintain, or cause the Subcontractor doing such Work to maintain, Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage. Such insurance shall provide coverage for actual, alleged or threatened emission, discharge, dispersal, seepage, release or escape of pollutants (including asbestos), including any loss, cost or expense incurred as a result of any cleanup of pollutants (including asbestos) or in the investigation, settlement or defense of any claim, action, or proceedings arising from the operations under this Contract. Such insurance shall be in the Contractor’s name and list the City as an Additional Insured and any other entity specified in Schedule A. Coverage shall include, without limitation, (a) loss of use of damaged property or of property that has not been physically injured, (b) transportation, and (c) non-owned disposal sites.

  • Contractor’s Liability Insurance Contractor shall purchase and maintain such insurance as will protect Contractor from claims set forth below which may arise out of or result from the Contractor’s operations under the Contract, whether such operations be by Contractor or by any subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by Contractor, or by anyone for whose acts any other may be liable:

  • Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance (If Applicable $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate or whatever amount is acceptable to the City for any exposure to “hazardous materials” as this term is defined in applicable law, including but not limited to waste, asbestos, fungi, bacterial or mold. Lower tier sub-subcontractors, Truckers, Suppliers: Evidence confirming lower tier subcontractors, truckers and suppliers are maintaining valid insurance prior to beginning work on the project to meet the requirements set forth herein on Subcontractor, including but not limited to all additional insured requirements of Subcontractor. ALL COVERAGES Coverage shall not be suspended, voided, canceled, or non-renewed by either CONTRACTOR or by the insurer, reduced in coverage or in limits except after thirty (30) days' prior written notice has been given to CITY except for ten (10) days’ notice for nonpayment of premium.

  • Vendor’s Subcontractors TIPS recognizes that many vendors operate in the open market through the use of subcontractors. For that reason, TIPS permits Vendor to utilize subcontractors as authorized and permitted by the TIPS Member Customer. However, all purchase documents must include: (1) Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and; (2) Vendor’s TIPS Contract Name and Number under which it is making the TIPS Sale. Vendor must report the sale pursuant to the terms herein and Vendor agrees that it is legally responsible for all reporting and fee payment as described herein for TIPS Sales even when subcontractors are utilized. The TIPS Administration Fee is assessed on the amount paid by the TIPS Member to Vendor. The Parties intend that Vendor shall be responsible and for actions of subcontractors during a TIPS Sale. Vendor agrees that it is voluntarily authorizing subcontractors and in doing so, Xxxxxx agrees that it is doing so at its own risk and agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold TIPS harmless in accordance with Sections 14-17 above related to subcontractor TIPS Sales made pursuant to this Agreement or purporting to be made pursuant to this Agreement that may be asserted against Vendor whether rightfully brought or otherwise. The Parties further agree that it is no defense to Vendor’s breach of this Agreement that a subcontractor caused Vendor of breach this Agreement.
