Common use of Subcontractor and Vendor Approval Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor and Vendor Approval. Ameritech shall permit Requesting Carrier to subcontract the construction and build-out of Physical Collocation arrangements with contractors approved by Ameritech. Approval of such subcontractors by Ameritech shall be based on the same criteria it uses in approving contractors for its own purposes. In addition, Ameritech shall allow Requesting Carrier to have an Ameritech-approved vendor install updates to collocated equipment, including software updates.
