Subcontractor Fees. Subcontractor shall be paid an administrative fee of five percent (5%) staff, materials, and expense costs (less contingency) for this Agreement. These fees are to offset costs associated with the coordination of the work, community engagement and outreach, and other administrative areas not otherwise defined.

Subcontractor Fees. Lender shall be responsible for the fees charged and/or retained by Subcontractors performing the services set forth in Sections 4.4 through and including 4.10. It is expected that, prior to forwarding Recoveries to FMER, Subcontractors will retain their fees from amounts collected by them from Borrowers. It is understood and agreed that Lender shall reimburse FMER for such expenses as if FMER had paid such expenses directly.
