County retains the right to require Contractor to reduce or eliminate policy deductibles and SIRs as respects County, or to provide a bond guaranteeing Contractor’s payment of all deductibles and SIRs, including all related claims investigation, administration and defense expenses. Such bond shall be executed by a corporate surety licensed to transact business in the State of California.
